WDA is seeking a Major Gifts Officer to join the Generosity team, who will cultivate, steward, and grow legacy and major gifts support. This role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of WDA, has been engaged with our ministry for a significant period, and is passionate about building lasting relationships with senior donors.

The primary focus of this position is to advance legacy giving, strengthen relationships with long-term high-value donors, and ensure smooth transitions of personal donor relationships from retiring or transitioning staff to the organization.

This is a full-time support-raised position.

The WDA Next Generation Director will provide leadership to the WDA Next Generation church/campus ministry team to ensure the growth and development of young people for Christ and their development as young disciple builders using WDA approaches and training pathways. The Next Gen Director will also be responsible for growing the Next Generation ministries to new church, community, or campus locations throughout the U.S. The WDA Next Generation Director will report to the Exec. Dir of Ministry.

This is a full-time support-raised position.

The WDA Next Generation Campus Director provides leadership and oversight to a disciple building movement on a college campus with the goal of facilitating spiritual growth and development of young people as lifelong disciples of Christ, and equipping young disciple builders using WDA approaches and training pathways. The Next Gen Campus Director will also be responsible for growing their campus ministry, collaborating with churches and communities in their area.

This position requires a training period of 1 year at either Purdue University, DePauw University, or University of Georgia-Athens, shadowing a current NextGen campus ministry director before establishing a new Next Gen ministry at a new campus location.

The WDA Next Generation Campus Director will report to the Next Gen Ministry Director.
