Materials to Prepare for Ministry
After a disciple has a solid faith foundation through discipleship, they are ready to enter the School of Ministry and become equipped to live out their faith by serving, evangelizing, and discipling others.
The suggested order to study this series is:
1) Spiritual Warfare-I
2) Evangelism Training
3) Positional Truth
4) Healthy Relationships
5) Ministry Principles-I
6) Inductive Bible Study
Why do we suggest this order?
It is important for a disciple to understand that spiritual conflict that will arise when they begin to minister to others, and for this reason, Spiritual Warfare is recommended as the first topic in the School of Ministry. Each of the following ministry practices and heart habits develop progressively from the others.

Spiritual Warfare I
These lessons give the growing Christian a beginning understanding of the person and role of Satan in the world and in the everyday life of a Christian.
Evangelism Training
The goal of this manual is to train Christians to communicate the gospel effectively. Ideally, these Christians should have a consistent, stable relationship with God, have a regular personal devotion time, faithfully attend a Bible study (or other small group), seek fellowship with Christians, and begin to show concern for friends and relatives who are not Christians.
Positional Truth
These studies introduce the disciple to how our standing (position) before God was affected by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Topics discussed include the believer’s relationship to the law, his relationship to sin and the Holy Spirit, justification, the relationship of the law and grace, etc.
Healthy Relationships
These studies introduce the disciple to how our standing (position) before God was affected by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Topics discussed include the believer’s relationship to the law, his relationship to sin and the Holy Spirit, justification, the relationship of the law and grace, etc.
Ministry Principles I
These seven studies are an introduction to ministry principles for a Christian who is either beginning ministry or wants to review principles. How to relate to non-Christians, how and when to adapt our message, ministry priorities, and practical principles for giving are some of the topics covered.
Inductive Bible Study
What is inductive Bible study? The word “inductive” refers to the way we process information and come to conclusions. This study method may be used for private devotions, for a leader’s preparation of a Bible study, for a small group’s study time together, or for group members’ individual preparation before a meeting.
