Trinidad and Tobago

My name is Rev. Roger Boca, and I serve as an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the West Indies, currently fulfilling the role of Assistant Pastor at Arouca Revival Tabernacle in Trinidad and Tobago. I have been joyfully married to my wonderful wife, Jacinth, for 17 years, and together, we are blessed with three energetic sons: Reuel, Jonathan, and Samuel. I have been actively involved in ministry since my youth, with a heart for intercession, leadership development, and discipleship.
As part of my ongoing commitment to developing leaders within the body of Christ, I am honored to serve as a Cohort Leader with the Worldwide Discipleship Association (WDA). In this role, I will mentor and guide emerging Christian leaders through WDA’s Developing New Leaders curriculum, helping them grow in spiritual maturity, ministry effectiveness, and Christ-like character. Besides this, I am also willing to serve in WDA’s Restoring Your Heart (RYH) program, which offers Christ-centred healing for emotional wounds—an essential component for lasting spiritual transformation.
I chose to partner with WDA because I deeply believe in its mission and biblical approach to intentional discipleship. The resources and structure WDA provides have been both personally enriching and practically effective. Partnering with WDA enables me to amplify my impact—not only within my local church, but also throughout the broader Kingdom of God—by equipping others to lead with wisdom, humility, and spiritual depth.
