My name is Precious Chilambe. Born last in a family of 8, I am now married to Wongani Mhone, and together we have two wonderful children: Peter, born on the 22nd of October 2021, and Nathan, who was born on the 28th of February 2025.
I have been privileged to serve in various capacities at our church (Bible Faith Ministries). As well as being the Secretary General for the church’s national youth executive, I have also served as a youth pastor since 2017, and I am currently responsible for the Teaching and Training function in the church.
I graduated from college in 2016, having earned a Bachelor’s degree in Theology, and subsequently worked as a lecturer with Evangelical Bible College of Malawi (EBCoM) from 2017 to 2019. I also served as the Head of the Extension Programs at the institution. I have been currently working with Grace Fellowship Ministries as the lead teacher at Grace Bible School since 2019. I have also been leading the rural evangelism and discipleship program since 2023.
For me, WDA is an answered prayer as far as my discipleship journey is concerned. Before enrolling in 2023, I had a passion for discipleship but with an academic orientation. Thanks to WDA’s structured training and handy, ready-made materials, my discipleship ministry has taken on an admirable shape. I will be working alongside Reverend Paul Kachembere and spearheading new work for WDA throughout Malawi.
