Jim grew up near Chicago, Illinois, and now resides in West Lafayette, Indiana with his wife Pauline, and their adorable and affectionate dog Rocky. They are avid fans of the Purdue and Chicago sports teams, particularly the Chicago Cubs baseball team. Jim and Pauline love taking walks with their dog, local events, spending time with friends, traveling, and serving together in the community.

He is a graduate of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, where he was discipled and actively participated in the WDA ministry as a student. WDA significantly impacted his life, helping him grow deeper in his faith with God. He returned to WDA in recent years and has been serving the Lord as NextGen Associate Staff at Purdue, when his health allows. Jim enjoys discipling and teaching students during this pivotal time in their lives, not just as a mentor, but also as a friend. 

Jim’s favorite Bible verse is Romans 12:12: “Rejoice in hope; be patient in affliction; be persistent in prayer.”
