Derio Dotosme serves as a WDA Associate Staff (RYH) in the Philippines.  He disciples pastors and leaders in the church and other denominations. He also leads seminars for WDA, particularly with RYH, to introduce pastors to the importance of a restored heart in doing ministry. Derio leads small groups, helps participants process their own burdens, and seeks to minister to their needs.

In addition, Pastor Dotosme translates WDA books and supervises the Taglish translation team. He ensures that WDA’s Taglish books will be appropriate for local contexts and in line with the vision and goals of WDA.

As a pastor, his main job is to bring people to a right relationship with Jesus Christ and help them grow into maturity through discipleship.
