Dr. Tony Rutledge is the Operations Manager for WDA’s Restorative Ministry team.  He brings unique experiences and a diverse training background to the team.  He is a Naturopathic Doctor who has a heart for helping others, sharing knowledge, and working in collaborative environments. Dr. Rutledge is very excited to be a part of the WDA family helping expand the Restoring Your Heart (RYH) ministry.

Tony received his bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He later received his Doctor in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University and completed his residency in general Naturopathic Medicine in Seattle WA. He went on to become board certified as a Fellow of the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology. Dr. Rutledge practiced in oncology, for a number of years, helping cancer patients at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Newnan, GA before leaving the practice and stepping into this ministry role.  

Before pursuing his Naturopathic education, Dr. Rutledge developed a heart for public service through his work as a police officer, firefighter, and emergency medical technician.  He continues to serve the local community as a firefighter with Peachtree City Fire Department.  

Dr. Rutledge lives in Newnan, GA with his wife Jaami and two daughters (Ariaana and Gabriella). He loves spending time with all three of his lovely ladies. He also enjoys hiking / spending time outside, riding his motorcycle, and practicing jiu-jitsu. He and his wife were exposed to WDA through RYH in 2017 and have been profoundly impacted by the restorative process. They are both trained RYH leaders and excited to offer this transformative material to as many individuals as possible.
