DEAR FRIEND,

In my 16 years at WDA, I have learned about the power of environments to either choke or promote growth.

It is amazing to watch a struggling Christian come alive as they join a healthy small group, begin meeting with a good mentor, or engage with discipleship materials that foster transformation. One of the most urgent tasks of a disciple maker is crafting environments where growth can flourish.

For over 51 years, WDA has helped cultivate transformational discipleship environments on campuses, in churches, and across nations. As I step into my new role as WDA’s third president, I believe God is calling us to build a “discipleship greenhouse” for the future—where leaders are developed, disciples are nurtured, and spiritual multiplication can flourish for generations.

That’s why we’re launching the President’s Greenhouse Campaign, a three-year initiative to strengthen the infrastructure needed for long-term discipleship impact.
