Stefan Condurache
Curriculum & Translation Coordinator
WDA Romania

Stefan grew up in Romania, where he came to know the Lord at the age of 9 during a summer camp. His faith journey has been shaped by a deep conviction that the Christian life should be practical and transformative.
A turning point came when Fernando Frincu visited Stefan’s church in Câmpina and shared the vision of WDA’s disciple-building ministry. For Stefan, who had long been searching for answers on how a believer can truly grow toward maturity in faith, the message felt like a direct answer to his questions. Together with a friend, he reached out to Fernando to begin the discipleship process. Through this journey, Stefan developed a heart for helping others grow and mature in their faith.
Stefan now serves with WDA as the Curriculum & Translation Coordinator, managing the organization and distribution of WDA’s discipleship materials across languages and formats. His role includes coordinating translation projects, organizing curriculum files, and working with editors and typesetters to ensure WDA’s resources are accessible to the global church.
Stefan and his wife, Anda, live in Câmpina, Romania. They are active members of their local church and are passionate about seeing the body of Christ equipped for disciple-making worldwide.
