V. Anastasia Sapia
Ministry Ops Manager
WDA HQ, USA

Born and raised in New York, Victoria grew up in a loving home and remains deeply inspired by the legacy of her grandfather, the late Reverend J.D. Shaw. His life of devoted service remains a source of inspiration and a powerful reminder of how one person’s faith can profoundly impact future generations.
Victoria is the mother of two wonderful children, Felesha and Keith Junior, the mother-in-love of Emmanuel, and a grateful grandmother to Mi’Amore. She looks forward with hope to the ways God will continue to grow her family in the coming years, through both biological and spiritual connections.
Victoria was first baptized as a teenager, but a Bible study in March 2024 led her to fully dedicate her life to Jesus, culminating in her adult baptism. On February 14, 2025, while traveling a familiar route, she noticed the sign for the Worldwide Discipleship Association, inquired within, and never left! Victoria quickly became part of the WDA community, joined a DNL1 cohort and RYH group, and began volunteering as a Project Coordinator with the WDA Leadership Institute.
Victoria now understands this Christian journey as a continuous transformation of becoming more like Jesus. Having received grace and forgiveness, she is passionate about sharing those same gifts with everyone in her life. This transformative season has brought her joy, as her middle name, Anastasia, means “resurrection and renewal”.
With over a decade of experience as an executive director in the assisted living industry and an extensive background in banking, V. Anastasia now serves as the Ministry Operations Manager for WDA. In this role, she partners with ministry department leaders to refine operations and enhance ministry effectiveness, efficiency, and stewardship. Her efforts ensure that discipleship offerings and resources reach a global audience, supporting teams as they fulfill the Great Commission. She is excited to see how God is moving in her life to become the “game-changer” He created her to be.
